Preschool Screening

All Students that receive services through District#158 Preschool have been developmentally screened and/or evaluated and have qualified for preschool services.  

District 158 Preschool conducts developmental screenings for children, ages 3-5. 

The screening process has changed!

Step 1: Contact the screening hotline at
(847)659-6156 and leave your child's name, date of birth and your address.  Within a week you will receive a packet of information to be completed and returned.

Step 2:  Upon receipt of your completed packet, we will review the information and you will be notified within two weeks either in writing or by a member of our staff to let you know our findings and/or the next step in the process.
